If hemy 4-year-old pees on his pants already. Should, should I wake him up to toilet or just changedchange his pants?

My 4 years old-year-old kid is still bet wettingbed-wetting. In the past month, he has 2 timesremained dry two times and the rest wet.

I changed his milk time from 10pm to 7.30pm or 8pm. After that, no liquid allowallowed. If he is really thirsty, I will give him a little water.

He mostly pee onpees his pants at 1.30am or 3am. I searched online, many recommend doto not wake up the kid. But, if he pees onpeed his pants already. Should I wake him up to toilet or just changedchange his pants?

I used to wake him up to toilet but sometime before thesome time before he pees onpeed his pants. So itit's hard to decide on the time to wake him up. After that, when he pees I take him to toilet. Now I have no idea shouldif I should wake him up when he pees or just change the pants and let him sleep.
