How can I encourage my toddler to try new foods?
When she was a bit younger she was always willing to at least take a bite of two of any new food that I would put on her plate, but lately she has started to completely refuse anything outside of her set … I've tried including a food that I know she likes (typically fruit or pasta or meatballs/loaf) on the plate with the new food, but she'll just eat the thing she likes and then throw her plate on the floor …
