Her cousin is also Bilingual and the same age and his vocabulary is 50 words. I think the variation in vocabulary development from one child to another is much larger than the difference between one language and two in the same child. So 'reduced vocabulary' due to Bilingualism is very hard to quantify, because you don't know what their vocabulary would have been had they been raised monolingual.
