The only thing I'd suggest is make sure to include an option for the teacher to send for you to pick the child up if the child becomes ill - i did end up doing this. I happen to work from home and live a mile from the school, and told the teacher this. Ended up being unnecessary, as he was fine, but I agree that it's a good point to have mentioned. Cool that you saw the exact same thing at about the same time - :)
