Aug 31, 2017 at 9:45 | comment | added | user | @MisterPositive Whether or not you are legally allowed to "take her license" (I don't know), unless you're willing to put in some serious time helping her regain knowledge about driving and driving safely, doing so may at best cause her to lose valuable experience. Not driving for over a year does cause even an experienced driver's skills to become rusty. | |
