OK canCan my 4 yryear old son tell if I am or not pregnant, and if so how far along do I have to be in order for him to tell? 

I should be about two weeks along. A couple of my co workers says I am, that they can tell just by looking at me. One said she noticed first thing this morning. Just curious can he tell?
