I am a self-taught front-end developer, I literally woke up one day, turned on the computer, saw code and haven't stopped learning since. I am a tech sourcer for a start-up company who wants to change how tech sourcing is done. As a developer, I wouldn't want a recruiter blindly guiding me to a position they knew nothing about, so why would you have to?
