Fox I don't know your reasons for choosing a C-section (and they aren't any of my business), but I wanted to share with you that before I gave birth to my first child, I thought labor was just something to be gotten through to have a baby at the end. What I learned was that the act of giving birth was incredibly powerful emotionally. I wouldn't trade that feeling for anything—but then again I had two wonderful births, attended by a very capable nurse midwife. Your mileage may vary.
