The trick, imo, is to shake things up and ask what they think should be done. Then you can point out if you are doing that. Also, sometimes you do learn exactly what you need to work on. | |

I believe I put all information I saw relevant into the question, without overloading the community with too much useless garbage. Thanks for the answer!
