How to drop the night feed (3mnth old LO)feeding for a 3-month-old?

Hi I am looking for some wisdom. My LOlittle one is 3 months and feeds 6 bottles a day at 150ml150 ml. We feed her at 10pm10 pm, 2am2 am and 6am6 am rigidly every day and the remainder during daytime when she requires and she.

She is in bed from 7pm7 pm-6.30am30 am. She mostly dream feeds 10pm10 pm and 2am2 am, but I have to change her mid feed-feed (so she isn't 100% asleep) as she gets so wet after 4 hours. The other times she wakes up 5 minutes before my alarm, so she is definitely hungry!

I am looking for encouraging ways to eventually drop the 2am2 am feed,. I'm not desperate to do this, as she is stirring only at 2 and then about 6am6 am, but I do need to regain my own full night-night's sleep where possible.

She was 6lb6 lb. at birth and 3 weeks early so I don't want to be too hard on her as she is catching up still at 11lb811 lb. If anyone can help I'd be most grateful ☺ 8 oz.
