A little different for us...we were the ones feeding and the nurses would stop us. But it makes sense to limit because it does affect the next feeding.

@AdamTuttle: forgot to mention that we were searching for a full-time nanny, for long term (+1year), so that's a bit different than baby sitter for the occasional night out.

@AdamTuttle: we were put off by sittercity as well. We paid for a month. We are also trying care.com at the same time and for where we live (Virginia, USA), care.com produced a bigger pool of applicants.

comment What are the next steps after a twin mix-up has been discovered after several years?
I was thinking fingerprints--I read those aren't actually identical even with twins. Do they not do fingerprints at birth (I really don't know...just assumed they did)?
