A little different for us...we were the ones feeding and the nurses would stop us. But it makes sense to limit because it does affect the next feeding.

@AdamTuttle: forgot to mention that we were searching for a full-time nanny, for long term (+1year), so that's a bit different than baby sitter for the occasional night out.
