Is it okay to restart breastfeeding after a delay, and continue until after a child is 2 years old? Just as a warning, you might run into conflicts with the 2yo and the newborn sharing the breast. You'll have to teach the 2yo to share with his younger sibling. And it might become another point of jealous contention - "you take all of my parents' time AND you nurse my milk all the time". |

Not teaching a child how to speak This is true of a child in isolation. However, if two pre-verbal children grow up together, will they develop a spoken language similar to how twins (who are exposed to a verbal language) create their own language? |

What to do with unwanted personalized gifts? Thanks for the advice. Just to clarify, by "to our taste" I don't mean classic lines or gem hues anything like that. I meant "toys that we don't want our baby to have," or toys that we already have three versions of. |
