comment My spouse keeps abusing drugs. I told them next time they used, they had to leave the house. Am I being too cruel?
Gamma - while Stack Exchange is a great collection of knowledgeable people, you need to find a local drug advice counsellor. This is not something you can solve over the internet. Closing as off topic here.

Nemo - we have a rule here: Be Nice! Members of the community are giving up there own time to try and help - you will not get much help if you approach them like this.

comment Very Concerning Sleeping Cycle
The sleep cycle is not that odd. I wouldn't be concerned about it - especially if it is off the back of an illness.

comment Could you recommend some suitable martial arts to teach to a child for self-defense?
Hi Claudix - proponents of various martial arts will have opinions on this that will vary. I practiced Judo, 2 forms of Karate and Kuk Sool Won, and my kids practice Taekwon Do and A bit of Aikido. All are suitable - they can all be used for self defence, and more importantly, for self discipline.

Try firing even a light booster seat at you at 70mph. You'll rapidly realise it is not insignificant, and it pushes the child into the belt.

comment Is 15 years old too old to ground for bad grades?
Anon's answer is incredibly valuable, but additionally, have you thought that if grounding 60% of the time still isn't working then it's the wrong approach.
