My wife is pregnant again, does she need to stop breastfeeding our son? I would like to add that concept of hunger and thirst should be avoided. When we feel hungry/thirsty, damage is already done to the body due to lack of nutrients. Our body is showing symptoms only after damage. I would recommend that pregnant mother should eat and drink more frequently and avoid getting into a situation of hunger & thirst... |
