Nov 18	comment	Is it ok to be on diet while pregnant? +1 for a great comment @balancedmama, you're right that people often mistake thirst for hunger, often drinking a tall glass of water will get rid of hunger pangs. Drinking lots of water helps reduce constipation, which is also a problem for many women in pregnancy.

Try that with a screaming, squirming baby! You don't have to have an in-ear one, but at least get a digital one, they are so much easier.

Sep 24	comment	Co-sleeping with a crawler @RoryAlsop, to me a child falling off a bed onto a hard floor counts as a risk. OK, it's only a couple of feet but a child can break something from that high. At the very least put down some cushions if you want them to learn a lesson out of it.

Sep 17	comment	2 year old still does not (and has never) slept through the night The only way @CoolUserName is going to break the cycle is for him to learn that crying isn't going to get him what he wants. Right now he cries and mommy comes every time, unless mommy stops coming he'll keep on crying. It sounds awful, and it isn't going to be pleasant for a few days, but it will be worth it.

Eggs are great food, so are beans, really you can't go wrong with a varied diet of real food. And don't avoid fats, you need some fat to be healthy. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are all fat soluble so you need fat to store them. And because they are fat soluble the best places to get them are healthy fats.

It's extremely rare, and the chances that your child has it are very, very small. In any case doctors won't even attempt to diagnose it until they are more than 3 years old. Look, children develop, and as they develop their behavior changes. Sometimes they may be introverted for awhile, it's likely just a phase. Give it time.
