How to handle a defiant 2-year old when he takes something he shouldn't? +1 on the positive reinforcement! I forgot to mention that, but it's very important. We always thank our daughter for complying with they rules, and make a small fuss of her when she does the right things. It not only rewards us with better behaviour from her, but boosts her confidence, and ensures she doesn't see herself as a "naughty" girl. |
