comment As an agnostic how to respond to my toddler who points out to god and folds her hands to pay respect to it?
@Erik Actually I set the age to 20 according to my experience of my younger days. That time there was no computer or mobile phones. I "saw" first computer in 2000 and I started using internet in 2008. But considering that today even beggars have mobile phones, I think you are correct that the child will be exposed to the "actual" world history at a much younger age. But, I do think that I should keep religion away from her till she is at least 16.

@anongoodnurse I have edited the question. Do you really want to place your 2 year old daughter into the center of your disagreement with her grandparents, etc.? I do not have an answer to this. What do you think is best for her? I think it is best for her to not get influenced by her elders who are believers.

comment How to raise a child between agnostic parent and believer relatives?
@Erik I asked this question 3 years back. I want new people to see this and tell me what do they think. Many people may have joined in these 3 years and may not have seen the question.

comment When should parents stop changing clothes in front of children?
@Stephie Actually I asked this question because i read somewhere that in order to prevent our child from falling to sexual abuse we shouldn't change clothes in front of her.

comment At what age can children learn a non native language through television/podcasts?
@CreationEdge thanks for your interest. I was referring to spoken languages only since my aim is to teach the child spoken English. By new I meant non native language.

@Stephie By " self-directed studies" you meant that they should be able to study the books themselves?

@anongoodnurse If that is true then why are there so many podcasts for learning English on BBC' official website?

comment What is the way to give bitter medicine to a 2 year old child?
@stephie it is not a duplicate because there is a hell lot of difference between a 2 year old and a 4 year old. A 2 year old kid cannot be explained the logics.

comment How to teach a toddler to draw?
@WayneWerner I did not ask her anything. I was not even looking at her. She was herself labeling all her scribbles as different objects and telling me about them.
