A qualified chemist who somehow drifted into web development. I've learned (to a greater or lesser degree of accuracy) PHP and JavaScript, and would like to learn something completely different for the sake of it. I'm a weirdo who actually enjoys reading (and sometimes writing) technical documentation.

comment How do you curb “tattletale” behavior in a toddler?

comment Why do kisses stop a child from hurting?
+1. The placebo effect is powerful and strange. It's about our beliefs and expectations. It's about the cultural meaning of a treatment.

Please don't fat-shame five-year-olds. Please don't fat-shame anyone.
