Try to see if you can figure what time of day it happens and get him on the toilet preemptively. Keep in mind that this is developmentally normal and he will get it, just give him time.

Be careful that the two year old doesn't get 'addicted' to being able to get you whenever at night. By two, assuming the child is healthy, he/she should probably be able to go without it.
