The leap day is pushed in between 23 and 24, so the leap day will be 24 and the previous 24 is now 25, the previous 25 is now 26, and so on. This is purely calendar-academic blah-blah though, in practice it's totally irrelevant.

Just be careful with those holes: you're in effect damaging the pacifier and the child's sharp teeth can make some bits come off. As with all equipment, parents should regularly inspect and replace damaged parts.
