Using experience as a reason for correctness It's not an age argument. It's a 'caregiver/responsible adult/I'm the parent' argument. |

Should I supplement children's education at home? To clarify my answer, there is no 'How to socialize' class. As Rory states, it's just part of the school experience. Life lessons. |

Toddler interacting with other peers Maybe they are entirely different, but it sounds like the question is 'how to get my child to interact with others' is the general theme. |

Toddler interacting with other peers I'd suggest editing your existing question rather than posting this. It's too similar to what you already asked: parenting.stackexchange.com/questions/5772/… |

What factors encourage collaborative play in Nintendo DS games? As it stands now, asking 'what factors make gaming collaborative' doesn't really fit into parenting. It's more of a User Experience question. And I don't think is what the OP is wanting. |

What factors encourage collaborative play in Nintendo DS games? I wouldn't call this 'specific product recommendations' but rather the OP is just asking for a list of products with 'feature x'. Listing them does not mean they are recommended. (I also don't know why we can't recommend products, but that's a different question/debate...) |

What factors encourage collaborative play in Nintendo DS games? Interesting question! I know the Star Wars games allow for dual collaborate play, but that often leads to arguing about which way to go (which I guess could be a good thing...teaches cooperation). |

What are the Different Homeschooling Styles? Not sure we can all agree on objection #1. As for work, a high school degree is mandatory for most positions in the US. Colleges should let you in with a GED, which you'd want to get anyways. As for Objection #2, Algebra is useless? I can't agree with that at all. It's a fundamental part of basic math that most adults need frequently. |

Benefits of different education options What is the question? I can't think of any cons in regards to doing research on education options. |

How can I motivate my 16 yo daughter to do something valuable with her life? "Them being "bored" is a sign that our civilization has failed" Oh. You're just trolling. Well, it was fun. ;) |

When holding a party for a 2-year old, what are appropriate age limits for the guests? relatives, sure. Otherwise, I can't imagine 13 year olds have much in common with 2 year olds. |

How can I motivate my 16 yo daughter to do something valuable with her life? A 16 year old being 'bored/unmotivated' is not a sign of a failure in raising them at the age of 5. A majority of the time it's a sign of the kid being 16. |
