Many parents buy a 10 inch tablet for kids. After purchase, what are some good sites/blogs to get a nice lists of educational Android apps?

"Shopping" list questions, which ask for one or more recommendations or suggestions about products or resources, are generally not a good fit for our platform. If you could edit the question to ask about specific characteristics of apps that might appropriate for a specific age range, we might be able to reopen, but as-is, this is too broad. – Beofett♦ Jan 15 at 0:27
this site is in beta and has not much use. you just lost one more user by policy like this. other SE sites did start with less strict policy and questions like this were there. by being stick you will drive users away – user12363 Jan 15 at 12:54

If you look at who closed it, it wasn't the admins. All 5 close votes came from members of the community. I merely added the comment to give you guidance as to why the community closed it. If you want the question rephrased, you should rephrase it yourself, rather than asking someone else to do it.
