As it currently stands, this question is not a good fit for our Q&A format. We expect answers to be supported by facts, references, or expertise, but this question will likely solicit debate, arguments, polling, or extended discussion. If you feel that this question can be improved and possibly reopened, visit the help center for guidance. If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.

"Shopping" list questions, which ask for one or more recommendations or suggestions about products or resources, are generally not a good fit for our platform. If you could edit the question to ask about specific characteristics of apps that might appropriate for a specific age range, we might be able to reopen, but as-is, this is too broad. – Beofett Jan 15 '13 at 0:27
this site is in beta and has not much use. you just lost one more user by policy like this. other SE sites did start with less strict policy and questions like this were there. by being stick you will drive users away – user12363 Jan 15 '13 at 12:54
can someone rephrase the questions so the admins would allow it? – user12363 Jan 15 '13 at 12:55
If you look at who closed it, it wasn't the admins. All 5 close votes came from members of the community. I merely added the comment to give you guidance as to why the community closed it. If you want the question rephrased, you should rephrase it yourself, rather than asking someone else to do it. It is your question, and only you know what it is you are trying to find out. – Beofett Jan 15 '13 at 13:33
