Do you know a bottle warmer that has a thermostat and is truly temperature controlled - the temperature is not estimated by a timer. Any ideas?

FYI, it's a really simple thermodynamics and heat-transfer problem to calculate the final temperature of a substance given a known heat flux. Assuming you use the amount and temperature of milk listed in the directions and mix it well afterward, it should be accurate within a few degrees. – William Grobman Feb 4 '12 at 18:28
