I'm looking for the "the ONE" that will put my son out for the night. Do you have a "secret weapon" CD you use? Soothing lullabies, songs, forest noise and so forth.

Sorry, but questions that solicit lists or polls (frequently referred to as "shopping questions") are a poor fit for a format, and are considered off-topic. – Beofett Jan 23 '12 at 15:00
poor format maybe, but off-topic is absurd. parenting.stackexchange.com/faq – capdragon Jan 23 '12 at 15:08
From the very link you posted, in the section describing what is considered off-topic: "shopping recommendations (too localized, and not timeless)". This is universal to all SE sites, which is why it is incorporated into the very wording of the vote-to-close dialog: "This question is not a good fit to our Q&A format. We expect answers to generally involve facts, references, or specific expertise; this question will likely solicit opinion, debate, arguments, polling, or extended discussion." – Beofett Jan 23 '12 at 15:14
I am soliciting people's opinion. Parenting is not a science. SE Failed Site. – capdragon Jan 23 '12 at 15:16
You are asking for a poll of people's opinions, and this is not a good fit for any of the SE sites. You're active on SO, so I'm presuming you are aware that this type of question wouldn't be on topic there, either. If you want to discuss this more, I'm in Parenting Chat. – Beofett Jan 23 '12 at 15:20

I sing. We pray before bed, which is a song. They sing along.

If they need another song, I sing on more.

I have found with all my children that they sing to themselves when they are in bed before falling asleep.
